Prior to joining ICI, Olivier spent over a decade in the HVAC industry, growing and managing multi-million-dollar territories, and representing top tier manufacturers in the residential and commercial space. With 25 combined years in B2B and B2C sales success, Olivier has a diverse sales background having held field, regional and director level positions for both start-up and fortune 500 companies.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, at Chicago, with a BS in Industrial Psychology, Olivier holds several industry certifications in sales and marketing processes, power quality audits, and HVAC system designs.
