Seeley International, Australia’s largest air conditioning manufacturer, has acquired US evaporative cooling company Integrated Comfort Inc (ICI). Seeley International Group MD Jon Seeley said the purchase of the Sacramento-based company perfectly complements and extends Seeley’s commercial product range, and presents opportunities to fast-track the company’s international expansion plans in the US.

This five-unit residential building has already achieved the first LEED Platinum designation within the city of Davis, and performed as carbonless Zero Net Energy Positive for both of its first two years of operation.
